Packet Pickup

Pre-race packet pickup will be conveniently located at the Banana Factory at SteelStacks Campus (25 W 3rd St, Bethlehem, PA 18015). 

All participants will receive their race bib (with timing chip attached) and Musikfest 5k race t-shirt at packet pickup. Musikfest mugs will be passed out post-race (full of Yuengling beer!), at the finish line.

Please make every effort to attend packet pickup and get your items prior to race day. If you are unable to make packet pickup please arrive early on race day and be prepared for lines. 

We will have limited packet pickup located at ArtsQuest center near the start/finish area Saturday, August 5 on race day from 8:00am-10:00am. Please arrive early to avoid lines and allow us to begin the race on time. NOTE: Race day packet pickup will be located at ArtsQuest Center at Steel Stacks, 1st Floor!


BRING YOUR OWN BAG!

In our ongoing effort to eliminate waste during our races, our expos are bagless events. We encourage you to #BYOBag to hold your bib, race shirt, and any goodies you pick-up at packet pickup or on race day!


KNOW YOUR BIB NUMBER FOR PACKET PICKUP!

If you are picking up a packet for yourself or for a friend, make sure to know the bib number to help expedite the packet pickup process.  Bib numbers are emailed to all registered participants one week prior to race day.  


Packet Pickup FAQ's

Q: Can someone else pick up my race packet for me at packet pickup?

A: Yes! We are here to make your life easier. Someone else may pickup your packet as long as you provide them with an acceptable form of verification to show our staff.

Accepted Items:

- Email stating permission to pickup packet
- Copy of ID

Q: Can I transfer my bib to another runner if I am not able to run?

A: Yes! We understand that unexpected circumstances come up, although you will be missing all of the fun! In order to request a transfer, you must obtain written permission. Transfers will be only honored with written permission from the original bib owner. An acceptable form of written permission is an email from the current bib holder giving permission to give up their bib and process the transfer to another individual.

We will NOT process bib transfers at packet pick-up or on race day. The deadline for all transfers is Friday, July 28 at midnight (EST). No transfers will be processed after this date. No exceptions. All transfers are processed online and a $10.00 processing fee will be applied.

To request a transfer, please email carrie@ckrunningevents.com. Once the request has been made, a link will be sent to you to complete the new registration online.
